Shipping and Return Information
All memory books are printed on demand when your order is completed. The printer initially ships the order to us for review and we in turn ship the item to you. All other items generally ship within 3-5 business days.
Orders will be shipped via the cheapest and most secure method, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns
Noncustomized orders may be returned at the shipper's expense within 15 days of shipping date for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Customized orders may only be returned if ElementalBabyTM or our partner made an error in the customization process. Of course, ElementalBabyTM will always work with you to help fix an error you may have made. Appropriate costs may apply.
